T-Cut Classic Clay Bar Kit

Why use a clay bar?

Have you ever ran your hand across the surface of your vehicle and it felt like sandpaper?
Then the T-Cut Clay Bar Kit is for you.
It creates a smooth as glass, mirror-like finish on all paintwork, fibreglass and metal surfaces, and increases the depth of shine when waxing or polishing.
Every minute of every day, vehicle paintwork is under attack from harmful surface contaminants such as road grime, tree sap, surface oxidation, bug residue industrial fallout and other common paint contaminants. Washing removes the soft contaminants but does little to reduce the impact of stubborn, imbedded contamination. By waxing over these contaminants, they are simply sealed in where they will continue to do harm. The T-Cut Clay Bar Kit is a special blend of all the lubricants and materials needed to remove surface contamination from paint and leaves your vehicle's finish clean and super smooth. Claying is car cleaning's best kept secret and it makes a really big difference to how your car's paint looks and feels.
It is recommended to use the clay bar twice a year to remove the harder contaminants that get stuck in the paintwork and to maintain that perfect finish.

Clay Bar

The T-Cut Clay Bar is a non-abrasive, synthetic polymer which acts like a magnet to collect all the small contaminants on a vehicle's paintwork which aren't visible to the naked eye. The 100g bar is enough clay to treat a mid-sized vehicle 2-3 times [depending on how dirty the paint is]. For best results use one half of the clay bar at a time.

T-Cut Clay Liquid

A thin film of T-Cut Clay Liquid provides a safety barrier that enable the plaen to aquaplane across the surface. In other words, the clay is riding on a micro-thin film of lubrication between it and the paint surface, removing the surface contaminants by encapsulation in the malleable clay. Without lubrication the clay will rub and judder across the paint surface, so plenty of clay liquid is required to remove the contaminants safely.

T-Cut Clay Wax

T-Cut Clay Wax creates a super-shiny and smooth surface to all vehicle paint finishes. This slippery surface helps to protect the paintwork by inhibiting certain contaminants such as dirt, grime and road tar from sticking to, and damaging paintwork. The smoother the surface the less chance there is of harmful debris lodging on the paint surface and causing damage. The wax will protect the paintwork for a lot longer than untreated paint.

MicroFibre Cloth

A highly absorbent and super soft cloth which buffs paintwork to a brilliant shine.

How it works?

1.Work the clay bar by folding and kneading the bar until it softens up. Rolling the clay bar between your hands a little will activate the clay, and then flatten it out in your hands before using.

2.Spray the T-Cut Clay Liquid evenly onto a small section of the bodywork (approximately one square foot). Then rub the clay bar in straight line motions over the lubricated section, using light hand pressure, untill the surface becomes smooth adn the clay bar stops dragging. Use plenty of clay liquid together with the clay bar to safely remove the contaminants.

3.You will be amazed how much dirt comes off when you clay, so after a while the clay bar may appear dirty. Keep folding and kneading the clay bar to insure a clean part is in contact with the paintwork. It is safe to keep using the same clay bar until there is no clean surfaces of the clay bar remaining. The claying process should take approximately 30 minutes (depending on the size of the vehicle) and it will leave leave your paintwokr feeling silky smooth.

4.Shake T-Cut Clay Wax bottle, Pour onto a damp microfibe cloth, applying evenly to a section at a time and buff to a deep high gloss shine. Repeat application as required. The claying process will make your paint protection adhere better, rejuvenating the vehicle's paintwork by intensifying the colour, protecting against scratches and improving its durability against the elements.

5.All done - it's as easy as that. The paintwork is now perfectly clean, ultra smooth, and the surface contaminants have been removed from the delicate automotive paintwork surface without any unnecessary removel of the clear coat. You can run your hand across it, and you just cant feel any spots or debris. The finish is now like glass and that showroom shine has been regained.

NOTE: Safe to use on all paintwork. You can use the T-Cut Clay Bar Kit on most smooth, hard surfaces, including glass (Exterior) and alloy wheels. Do not use on clear plastic, such as headlight lenses as it may cause "fogging".
