They fit by looping over your front headrests and the back seat headrests.  Not only is your rear seat protected but the back of your front seats too.

They can even go in the washing machine.  How great is that!  I see alot of very muddy dogs at our local park and dread to think what mess they could make in the back of your car.

These covers also have little velcro openings for access to seat belts.  They also have a zip up the middle so you can spilt it if you have a passenger in the back.
