Travel Rucksack which is a combination of best features of a suitcase and a rucksack. This great travel backpack has suitcase features but the practicality of a rucksack making it one the best rucksacks we have seen for travelling, gap year, backpacking etc. It also has a daysack attached to the front giving you the best of both, large rucksack for travel and a daysack when out and about.
This large rucksack has a main 70 litre ruckcase with a further 20 litre daysack making it a huge 90 litres in total. One of the best features about it is the zip opening more like a suitcase. Most rucksacks are top loading with a drawstring closure, so if the item you want is at the bottom then you have to start digging! It also means you have to fold or roll your clothes and pack into a restricted space and clothes come out a good bit creased. Not a problem if you have also brought your iron. This travel backpack has a huge zip that opens on 3 sides so clothes can be packed suitcase fashion so less creasing. Makes it alot easier to find items too. The main compartment can also be divided into two, great for seperating dirty and clean. There is also a mesh bags inside ideal for the smaller easy lost items.
This travel rucksack also has a secert zipped panel at the back so that the rucksack straps can be zipped away. This is ideal for especially airport travel when straps can get caught on airport carousels damaging the rucksack. It has a handle on the side so it can be carried like a holdall when the straps are not in use. If you do want to carry in rucksack fashion the panel is just unzipped freeing your straps. The rucksack shoulder and hip straps are padded for comfort. They are also fully adjustable for height and comfort. Chest straps adds extra support. There is a handy zipped pocket attached to the front of the waist strap, so no need to take the rucksack off your back when looking for keys, small change etc. There is attachment straps and points on the outside for mats, sleeping bags etc. The rucksack zips are all padockable too for added security.
The 20 litre daysack is attached to the front. It has padded rucksack straps for comfort too. It is ideal for days out and provides extra space. It has two zipped pockets and a daisy chain for attaching flasks etc.
Together these travel bags have a massive 90 litre capacity. Ideal for backpacking light combining travel rucksack and daycase in one.
