This softshell 2 sleeping bag by Highlander is especially made to be lightweight and compact.  The Inner and outer fabric is Tactel Nylon micro ripstop so not only tough and super comfortable but it is very lightweight and highly compressible.  It is also wind and water resistant, breathable, strong and durable.  The filling is Thermolite Extreme which is a superfine hollow fibre and is arguably the most thermally efficient and compressible synthetic filling available.  It works by trapping body heat in it's fine hollow fibres.  This 3 season sleeping bag only weighs 1.2kg and packs small into it's own stuff sack with compression straps.  It is super lightweight, super comfortable and highly compressible with supreme thermal efficiency.   

Extreme temperature is -9oc and is only a guide.  It is up to the end user to discern the viability of this sleeping bag for the use they intend to put it through.
